On 11–12 June 2026, the French Association of European Studies (AFÉE) will hold a conference entitled "the European Arrest Warrant: Current State and Future of Judicial Copperation in Criminal Matters".
This two-day conference explores the European Arrest Warrant as a key instrument of judicial cooperation. The program includes a panel on current tendencies in judicial cooperation in criminal matters, a panel on the European Arrest Warrant (EAW), and a practitionors' panel on the practical application of the EAW with, amongst others, the European Commission and Eurojust.
