Call for Papers. European Law and the Authority of Judgments. Conference Organised in Nantes on 8 and 9 September 2023.

The Faculté de droit et des sciences politiques of the University of Nantes is launching a call for papers on the topic of res judicata.

The proposals for papers, to be submitted in English or in French, shall relate to one of the following topics:

1) The characterisation and differentiation of the effects of judgments in European law;

2) The impact of European law on the authority of judgments in the Member States;

3) Ne bis in idem as a fundamental right and standard of European procedural law.

Young researchers are particularly encouraged to present a proposal.
