Call for Applications – ECLAN Contact Point for Spain
ECLAN is looking for a new Contact Point for Spain!
To strengthen its Network and advance its objectives, the European Criminal Law Academic Network (ECLAN) is seeking to appoint a new Contact Point for Spain.
Interested candidates are invited to submit their Curriculum Vitae and a Motivation Letter (maximum one page) by 30 November 2025 to the following email address: eclan@ulb.be
Description of the Position
The selected Contact Point will:

Participate in the Annual Contact Points Meeting.

Contribute to the scientific and academic activities of the Network, including conferences and publications.

Collaborate in various Network initiatives, such as:
-
Supporting or taking part in the ECLAN Summer School;

Contributing to the Annual PhD Seminar;
-
Preparing national reports within research projects;
-
Submitting applications for EU-funded projects;
-
Representing Spain within the Network and promoting ECLAN activities.

Serve as a liaison between national experts in criminal law and the ECLAN Network.
Profile of the Candidate
-
Recognized academic or researcher with expertise in EU criminal law.
-
Demonstrated commitment and availability to actively engage in ECLAN’s activities.
-
Established academic or scientific reputation within Spain.
-
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
